Supporting Our Troops

Walk 4 Troops® is an organization dedicated to helping people become excited about helping our military families by becoming more active and healthy in their daily lives. Many people would love to show their support for our men and women in uniform by sending a care package, but aren’t sure of where or how to begin. Walk 4 Troops® is here to help.

How the program works.

You create an account and profile at Walk4Troops.com. If you don’t have a specific military individual to support, you can choose one or more of the individual military profiles located within the site. A Walk 4 Troops® pedometer or app keeps track of how many miles you have walked for the military individual you are supporting. By plugging the Walk 4 Troops® pedometer into the USB port on your computer, or by logging on to the Walk 4 Troops® app on your smart phone, the miles you have accumulated will be uploaded to your account. When you have accumulated the required number of miles, you then choose one of the individuals you are supporting and send a free care package. The care package consists of many items military individuals might want and need, and it will definitely be a high point in their day when they receive it. Not enough time in the day to log the distance you need, but you still want to help? No Problem! You may purchase miles through our sister site, "Friends of Walk 4 Troops" which you may redeem for care packages on Walk4Troops.com.
